Students of Government Senior Secondary Smart School, PAU Ludhiana Shine at ICAR-CIPHET Awareness Program Ludhiana, March 24, 2025 – A team of enthusiastic students from Government Senior Secondary Smart School, PAU Ludhiana actively participated in the One-Day Awareness cum Training Programme on “Combating Food Loss and Waste: A Step Towards Sustainability” organized by ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (ICAR-CIPHET) in collaboration with Vardhman Textiles Limited at ICAR-CIPHET, PAU Campus, Ludhiana.As part of the event, students from the school took part in a Poster-Making Competition on the theme “The Zero-Waste Lunchbox”, showcasing their creativity and awareness about sustainable food practices. Their participation highlighted their commitment to reducing food waste and promoting environmental responsibility.The school’s Principal Dr.Pardeep Kumar said involvement in such an important initiative reflects the dedication of school to fostering environmental consciousness among students.
