School Holidays in January 2024: Dear students, in this post, we will give you the information about the school holidays in the month of January. Punjab Government School Education Department has announced winter holidays in schools from 24th December to 31st December. As per the orders, all the schools will open on 1st January 2024. Although very thick fog is falling in the state, so the school holidays of the state may be extended. Click here for an update on holiday hikes.

PSEB BOARD EXAM 2024 DATESHEET :
After the winter vacation, the pre-board exams were conducted by the education department in the month of January and the board exams are being conducted in the month of February. The date sheet of these exams has been released by the Education Board (Download here). Sample papers have also been released to the students to prepare for these exams. SCHOOL HOLIDAYS LIST JANUARY 2024 :
There will be 8 gazetted and 2 reserved holidays in Punjab schools in the month of January. Schools will be closed on 4 Sunday and 2nd Saturday in January. Information about these holidays is given below.
FESTIVAL LIST JANUARY 2024 :
In the month of January, Lohri festival will be celebrated on January 13 and Republic Day on January 26.
