SSA TEACHER TRANSFER 2023: Regarding the online transfer of teachers, a big update from the Education Minister

Chandigarh , March 5, 2023 : There is great news for the teachers who are waiting for online transfers. The process for teacher transfers will be started soon by the School Education Department of Punjab Government.In a statement by Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, it has been stated that applications for online transfers from teachers will be requested from March 20 this month.

TEACHER TRANSFER POLICY 2023 WILL BE AMENDED

TEACHER TRANSFER POLICY 2019 and thereafter amended TEACHER TRANSFER POLICY 2022 were implemented for online transfers. This policy will be revised.

STAY CONDITION WILL BE REDUCED

It has also been stated by the Education Minister that the teacher transfer policy will also be slightly improved. He said that the condition of stay, which was 3 years, will also be reduced so that no teacher will face any distant problem.

TEACHER TRANSFER PORTAL TO BE OPENED 3-4 TIMES IN A YEAR

Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that the online system for the transfer process will be opened 3-4 times. He said that the teachers who were longing for a nearby station for a long time, now their problem will be solved by giving them a nearby station. Bains said that he will not allow any post to remain vacant in any school in Punjab so that the standard of education in government schools remains high.
